Hey, I'm Lindsey and I’m so glad you made it to my little corner of the internet!
I am a Board Certified Registered Nurse, a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a Coach, mama, plant lover, foodie, and a USAF veteran. My journey to where I am today has been far from easy, but so necessary for my own growth. Through it, I’ve found my purpose - which includes paving the way for women like you-- to achieve not only better gut health, but whole body wellness with so much ease.
